Joey Badass Hints at New Album

Joey Bada$$ sure knows how to rile up his fans.

Taking to Twitter on Monday (Oct. 29), the Pro Era rapper wanted to crowd source some data, asking fans if they are perhaps in need of a new album from him.

“RT IF YOU NEED A NEW BADA$$ ALBUM IN YOUR LIFE !!” he posted, adding two red exclamation emojis.

Naturally, Joey's tweet got a huge response, getting retweeted over 33,000 times in a very short time.

The 2013 XXL Freshman hasn't shared any details regarding the project, so fans will just have to let their minds wander as they think about what the new LP will consist of. The LP, whic remains theoretical until Joey officially announces it, would mark his first studio album since 2017’s All-Amerikkkan Bada$$. That debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 albums chart after selling 51,000 equivalent album units in its first week.

Given that he’s had a relatively quiet year, save for appearing as a guest on occasional tracks such as on T-Pain’s “That’s Me” alongside Joe Budden or on Powers Pleasant's "Pull Up” with A$AP Ferg, fans are certainly ready for a new solo offering from the 23-year-old.
