After suffering numerous setbacks before finally releasing her Survive the Summer EP in August, Iggy Azalea has had another reversal of fortune as her upcoming Bad Girls Tour in promotion of the project has been canceled.

On Sunday morning (Oct. 7), Iggy confirmed the tour had officially been called off. She shared her disappointment with the decision on Twitter. "Believe me - i was really excited for this tour... and im genuinely disappointed it cant happen this year," she typed. "The choice was out of my hands and not my call to make. I hope I will get to see you all in person one day. I love you."

Though the Aussie MC is discouraged, she appears to be taking it in stride. "All I can do is keep pushing, keep recording and keep a smile on my face," she added.

There were signs a few days ago that things weren't going to go as planned. On Oct. 2, Cupcakke, who was set to be an opening act for the show, announced she was pulling out on Twitter.

"Due to a change of plans, I unfortunately will no longer be able to attend tour with Iggy," the Ephorize rapper posted. "I’m grateful for the opportunity...and I'll be going on tour by meself when the album drops .... be looking out for dates .. thanks."

It looks like fans will have to wait until next year to see Iggy on the road.
