Ice-T and Coco Shut Down Comparisons to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian

Veteran rapper Ice-T and actress Coco have been together for over 16 years, and one thing they don't approve of is being compared to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. TMZ caught up with the couple over the weekend, where they shared their mutual dislike for that comparison.

"Do not compare us to Kim and Kanye," said Ice-T to TMZ.

The couple's hatred for such comparison stems from an earlier conversation regarding whether or not he would meet with President Donald Trump. Ice explained that he would never meet with Trump because he is manipulative and takes advantage of people.

"I’ma say it like this, there’s no way on God’s earth I would go meet Donald Trump," he began to explain. "I don’t see the sense in talking to someone who you obviously can’t change their mind. They obviously already have their opinions about us, being the Black community, and whatever, I just don’t see any use in it. I think Trump will take advantage of you, he’ll use you, he’ll use you for the photo opp. He’ll put the hat on for a minute that you gave him then throw it to the side and he’s back to his bullshit."

He wrapped up his statement by commenting on how Trump's priorities aren't in order. “There’s a hurricane, there’s people in danger, it’s serious issues, why the fuck are you meeting with a rapper," Ice-T said angrily.

On the topic of the "I Love It" rapper's recent meetings, Ye met with the President just last week (Oct. 11) to discuss prison reform and topics that are close to his heart.

"A liberal will try to control a Black person through the concept of racism because they know that we're a very proud, emotional people," Kanye said during the meeting. "So when I said I'm like Trump to someone that's liberal they'll say, 'Oh, he's racist.' You think racism can control me? Oh, that don't stop me, that's an invisible wall."

Kanye also met with the controversial president of Uganda this week and gifted him a free pair of Yeezys.
