Wiz Khalifa, Mike Will Made-It and Miley Cyrus may want to prepare for a legal battle after an artist by the name of Ariella Asher sued the three for allegedly ripping off her song "J's on My Feet" for their 2013 hit, "23."

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Asher calls her 2012 song "a hit original musical composition" and claims Mike Will got the idea for "23" during a January 2013 meeting when her friend gave the producer a copy of her song.

While the two records don't exactly sound alike, Asher alleges that the "J's on my feet" lyric repeated throughout "23" was taken from her song. The artist even claims that Cyrus' look in the video was inspired by her image. Asher is now suing the three musicians for copyright infringement and is looking to block all future plays of "23."

In related news, money doesn't seem to be an issue for Mike Will, whose Making Wishes Matter Foundation recently partnered with Slim Jxmmi to help 10 students pay for their college education. Each student will receive $10,000.

As for Wiz, the Pittsburgh rapper recently ran into his own problems when his Los Angeles home was broken into last month. According to reports, two masked men made their way into the house around 4:45 a.m. but were greeted by Khalifa's team. The thieves left empty-handed.
