It looks like T.I. is going all out for Dime Trap. Yesterday (Sept. 25), the rapper used his Twitter account to announce that he'd tapped Dave Chappelle to play the voice in his head for his new album. He used the same tweet to announce that the LP is coming soon.

In the tweet, Tip writes, "I present to you... album X. The Dime Trap. Feat. Dave Chappelle as. The voice in my head. The wait is almost over. Coming Freakishly Soon!!!!"

For the post, Tip also uploaded a clip of a song that features Chappelle's vocals. Over a dramatic church organ, Chappelle lets off a monologue that could play a central role in Tip's new album.

"All my life all I wanted to do was be great," begins Chappelle, whose roots to hip-hop are completely undeniable. "If the stakes are everything, you'll tell yourself anything you need to hear to survive. Everything I say is the truth, and that's a lie. And that's the muthafuckin' truth."

From there, we hear Tip let loose a sermon of sorts. "Remember all I ever wanted was a gold chain/And a ride worth a hundred plus," Tip begins on the track, setting the stage for some serious bars to follow.
