Lil Uzi Vert Gifted Huge Piece of Art From XXXTentacion’s Mother

Lil Uzi Vert is the proud new owner of a personalized piece of art gifted to him by none other than Cleopatra Bernard, the mother of XXXTentacion.

The piece is an enormous rendering of Uzi from the chest up, sporting his signature piercings and even a shimmering YSL chain. "I had this made for @liluzivert birthday and he loved it,thank you @artbybankrupt you are extremely talented," Cleopatra wrote in an Instagram post showing her and Uzi sitting beneath the piece.

Uzi, whose birthday was on July 31, definitely seemed to enjoy it. In a video posted by the artist from Uzi's hometown of Philadelphia, he looks on at the piece and admires the jewelry with a smile.

Lil Uzi has proved himself a loyal friend to XXXTentacion in the months since the Florida rapper was tragically shot and killed. He attended the open casket memorial alongside X's mother Cleopatra in June, and later announced that he wanted to start a fund to support X's family following his death.

Fortunately, XXXTentacion's mother seems to be staying strong. She recently purchased a $3.4 million home in Parkland, Fla. that her son picked out for her before his death. She's also been steadily providing updates on X's son, who she says will be born before the end of 2018.
