An attorney for Lil Pump claims the rapper was a victim of racial profiling in his latest arrest in Miami on Aug. 29. According to lawyer Brian Bieber, he says the "Gucci Gang" rapper was doing nothing wrong when police pulled him over on Wednesday.

Speaking with TMZ, Bieber claims cops initially said they pulled Pump over because of an illegal turn, but later changed the reason to expired tags. The attorney says police only saw a young Hispanic man driving an expensive car and decided to pull him over in hopes of finding something. Pump claims he did nothing to warrant being pulled over.

The 18-year-old rapper was eventually arrested during the traffic stop after Miami police say they discovered that his Rolls-Royce license plate belonged to a Mini Cooper. When Pump was asked for his license, he reportedly told police he had never gotten one. His bond was set at $500.

It appears that Pump has since been released from jail, posting a photo of his mugshot on Instagram on Thursday (Aug. 30) and promoting his upcoming Harverd Dropout project. "BITCH IM BACK HARVERD DROPOUT DROPS SEPTEMBER 14th," he wrote.

In related news, it's uncertain if Pump has heard Eminem's Kamikaze album yet, but the Florida rapper is one of the many artists dissed on the project. On the song "The Ringer," Em raps, "Lil Pump, Lil Xan imitate Lil Wayne/I should aim at everybody in the game, pick a name."
