Joe Budden Enlists Remy Ma as Co-Host for New Television Show
Set to premiere on Sept. 10 at 5 p.m. EST on Revolt's digital platforms and Sept. 11 on television, the three will discuss all things culturally relevant including music, pop culture, politics and more.
"We've all worked extremely hard to get to this point and feel really good about what we've built," said Budden. "Shooting in my hometown Jersey City, N.J. helps to cement this as one of my proudest moments."
Revolt CEO Roma Khanna also praised the addition of Remy Ma and Scottie Beam, saying, "We are thrilled to continue to work with Scottie and to welcome Remy Ma to the REVOLT family. When you add the perspectives from the new co-hosts to those of producer and host Joe Budden, all through the lens of producer and REVOLT Chairman, Sean Combs, you create the definitive discussion on the State of the Culture and a show not to be missed."
Following the announcement, Beam hopped on Instgram and gave fans a preview of what they can expect to see. "Guess the cat is out the bag. @joebudden got 2 very outspoken black ass women on his show.. What a time," she wrote. Remy also confirmed her spot on the show, adding, "Squad up."
Budden posted a few photos with Remy on Instagram and revealed she may make even more headline-worthy comments than him. "& y'all thought i was slick out the mouth lol," he wrote.
Along with the upcoming Revolt series, Budden will also be taking his podcast talents to Spotify. Last week, the New Jersey rapper announced he had scored an exclusive podcast partnership with the streaming music service. Beginning on Sept. 12, The Joe Budden Podcast will premier new episodes every Wednesday and Saturday.
