Major concerts can be a nightmare for traffic, so six schools in South Carolina are tying to beat the highway congestion caused by the forthcoming Jay-Z and Beyonce On the Run II Tour by letting classes end early.

According to an Aug. 9 report from Billboard, six schools in South Carolina's Richland 1 School District will have a half day on Aug. 21 thanks to the heavy traffic Hov and Bey's show is expected to bring. In a statement, the district said it worries that if the students are let out at their normal time, school buses will get caught in traffic. Unfortunately for the other schools in the district, they will be dismissed at their usual time.

The couple is currently gearing up for the Aug. 10 and Aug. 11 shows in Chicago at the famed Solider Field and will then make stops in Detroit, Columbus, Ohio and Orchard Park, N.Y. before their Aug. 21 show in Columbia, S.C. at the 80,000-seat Williams-Brice Stadium.

In related news, Beyonce recently opened up about her pregnancy with twins Sir and Rumi Carter and revealed how Jay-Z stayed by her side during a pregnancy scare. "My husband was a soldier and such a strong support system for me," the singer said in the September issue of Vogue.

"I am proud to have been a witness to his strength and evolution as a man, a best friend, and a father. I was in survival mode and did not grasp it all until months later," Bey added.

Hov and Bey kicked off the North American leg of their OTR II Tour on July 25 in Cleveland and will continue touring through Oct. 4.
