The first official trailer for the upcoming horror comedy Slice starring Chance The Rapper is finally here. Released on Tuesday (Aug. 21), the trailer sets up the story which finds a slew of pizza delivery boys murdered in a small town.

In the clip, Chance's character, Dax Lycander, can be seen on a wanted poster as the town goes on the hunt for a werewolf that may be responsible for the murders. Later in the trailer, Chano can be seen searching an area with a flashlight before actress Zazie Beetz' (Atlanta) character scares him.

The upcoming film Slice also stars actors Will Brill, Paul Scheer, Hannibal Buress and more. The film's music will be handled by longtime Childish Gambino collaborator, Ludwig Goransson. The producer has worked on the rapper's Camp, Because the Internet and Awaken, My Love! projects. A release date for the movie has yet to be announced.

While Slice will be Chance The Rapper's first time on the silver screen, the Windy City rhymer is no stranger to acting. In 2015, Chano starred in the short film Mr. Happy. The rapper also hosted Saturday Night Live in 2017 and will be lending his voice to the upcoming Trolls World Tour movie, which is set to release in 2020.

In related Chance news, while fans of the rapper wait for his next album, the artist recently released new music to hold them over. In July, Chano dropped off four new songs including the tracks "I Might Need Security" and "Work Out."
