Memphis Bleek Welcomes a Baby Girl

Congratulations are in order for Memphis Bleek, who recently welcomed a baby girl to the world.

Bleek revealed the news on Instagram on Tuesday (July 10), posting a photo of the beautiful child. "My beautiful baby girl!" he wrote in the caption. "Can't believe this blessing @biznesswomanac thx to my beautiful wife.. #Familyiseverything."

While Bleek did not reveal the child's name or date of birth, the rapper had been documenting the lead up to the birth, last posting a photo in June when he wrote on Instagram, "#Blizzel on the way!! @biznesswomanac can't wait."

Although Memphis Bleek may have dropped out of the mainstream spotlight, the Brooklyn native is still working hard behind the scenes. In 2016, Bleek signed Manolo Rose to his Warehouse Music Group imprint, which is under Jay-Z's Roc Nation.

Speaking with XXL in 2016, Rose said of the deal, "It was really tremendous man. It feels like it was just meant to be, you know? Because nobody from my neighborhood got signed to anything dealing with Jay Z since Memphis Bleek."

He added, "Just to be able to step upon those shoulders and follow those footsteps and be in that lineage just means a lot, says a lot about myself as well."
