LeBron James's days in Cleveland are now behind him, and it looks like Logic is a fan of the basketball legend's decision to take his talents to the West Coast.

On Friday night (July 20) during a show in Los Angeles, the "Contra" rapper payed homage to the NBA star by sporting a fresh King James Lakers jersey. Interestingly enough,  the rapper rocked the jersey while performing his standout track "44 More" which mentions one of LeBron's toughest competitors this past season, Kevin Durant. "Now my phone blowin' up like ring/Like ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring!/That Kevin Durant, I'm a champion/Check the numbers, I'm a champion," he spits.

Nonetheless, LeBron reciprocated the love by shouting out Logic on his Instagram story a few hours later. "S/O home @logic rocking at The Forum," he wrote along with a series of fire emojis. Earlier this month, the former Cleveland Cavalier announced he would be leaving the Eastern Conference to sign a four-year contract with the Los Angeles Lakers for $154 million, which much of the hip-hop community celebrated.

Over the course of his 15-year career, LeBron has played a pivotal role in hip-hop on and off the court. From being name dropped in over 75 songs to giving his stamp of approval on seminal bodies of work like Jay Z's 4:44, LeBron is a tastemaker in his own right.
