DJ Khaled has joined in the outpouring of love and support for Demi Lovato, as the singer continues her recovery in the hospital from an apparent drug overdose.

On Monday afternoon (July 30), the super producer spoke with TMZ in New York City and was asked about his new summer song and also Demi's health. Initially, Khaled used the opportunity to promote his new single "No Brainer" featuring Quavo, Chance The Rapper and Justin Bieber. When asked about Demi, however, he became sentimental and supportive. "I love Demi and Demi's going to be great." He said, "Shout out to Demi Lovato. We love you."

"And love is the most powerful thing in the world," he added. "So I hope she sees this. We love you, all your fans love you and she's going to get better because God is great. God is the greatest."

Last fall, Khaled and Demi hit the road together for her Tell Me You Love Me World Tour. The pair have also previously collaborated in the studio for their song "I Believe" from major motion picture A Wrinkle In Time's soundtrack.

As previously reported, Demi Lovato was rushed to a local area Los Angeles hospital on July 24 after being found unresponsive in her home. The singer is being treated for an apparent drug overdose. While it was initially reported that Demi's health was improving, sources now say she is still in the hospital due to "complications."
