In the months leading up to his death, XXXTentacion was in a very giving mood. On top of his charitable efforts with his A Helping Hand Foundation, the rapper reportedly purchased four homes, all for his family members.

According to TMZ, who obtained real estate records on the rapper, XXX bought four new digs in South Florida between the months of April and June of this year. The homes, ranging from $385,000 to $500,000, cost the rapper a total of $1.7 million. Sources tell the site, the "Look at Me" rapper purchased the houses for his "parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandmothers and great-grandmothers."

This is on top of the $1 million home he purchased for himself in Parkland, Fla., in November. He was reportedly putting the finishing touches on the home, which is located about 15 minutes from the spot where he was shot and killed, when he died.

On Sunday (June 24), the rapper's A Helping Hand charity event is going down as planned in Miami. The late rhymer posted on social media about planning the event on the day he was murdered. "Planning a charity event for this weekend Florida!" he wrote just hours before he was tragically killed.

Police appear to be piecing together the crime and already have one suspect in custody, Dedrick Devonshay Williams. Authorities are on the lookout for two more suspects in what they believe was a robbery turned deadly when X was shot and killed outside of RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Fla. on Monday (June 18). Authorities now believe the crime may have been premeditated.

XXX's family has announced plans for his final public memorial, which will take place next week in Florida. Phone and camera use will be strictly prohibited at the event, which will take place at Florida Panther's Stadium.
