Meek Mill's legal team is pulling out all the stops to remove Judge Genece Brinkley from the rapper's decade-old case for drug and gun charges.

On Wednesday night (June 27), Meek's lawyers filed a new appeal asking for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to remove Judge Brinkley from the Wins and Losses rapper's case. The lengthy court filing, obtained by XXL, cites that Judge Brinkley “acted like a prosecutor, not a judge” and has had "multiple chances to step aside on this matter in the interests of justice, but she repeatedly has refused to do the right thing."

The filling also points out that Judge Brinkley lacks impartiality and calls into question her overall professionalism, citing that it is "to the detriment of everyone" especially Meek for her to preside on his case.

Last week, on Monday (June 18), Judge Brinkley allegedly conducted "a hostile cross-examination" of Bradley Bridge – a well-respected veteran of the Philadelphia Defender Association who was a witness on Meek’s case. The judge apparently laughed during Bridge's testimony.

To add insult to injury, Judge Brinkley denied Meek's request for a new trial earlier this week (June 25) citing lack of of proof in regards to a key witness. The ruling comes in spite of the Philadelphia District Attorney agreeing that the "Stay Woke" rapper should be granted a new trial, after it was discovered that Meek's arresting officer Reginald Graham is considered corrupt by the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
