French Montana is parting ways with his lofty New Jersey home and the Coke Boys frontman is looking to make quite a pretty penny off the estate, TMZ has learned.

According to the report, the "New Thang" rapper is chucking the deuces to the over 6,000 square feet property which is located about 25 miles outside NYC. The home is fresh on the market and is quite a sight to see.

The property itself consists of six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms as well as a recording studio, in-home movie theater and a fully-loaded bar.  Not to mention, the estate also features an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a half-sized basketball court. French certainly has good taste.

If you recall, French purchased Selena Gomez's Calabasas home back in 2016. The property boasts similar features to his New Jersey pad and was reportedly sold to the rapper for a whopping $3.3 million, apparently $150,000 less than Gomez's initial asking price. So, it's safe to assume that French may just be looking to part ways with his bicoastal lifestyle and settle down on the West Coast for good.

More recently, French officially earned his stars and stripes after being sworn in as an American citizen last week on Thursday (June 14). The Morocco-born rapper, by way of the Bronx, started the process of becoming a citizen back in February 2017. He shared the exciting new chapter in his life via his Instagram story shortly after taking his oath of allegiance.
