Bun B Shares ‘Return of the Trill’ Album Cover and Release Date

After a ton of speculation, the cover for Bun B's forthcoming Return of the Trill album is finally here—and so is the release date.

This past Sunday (June 10), the UGK rapper used his Instagram account to unveil the cover for his new LP. He included the release date for the project, which is set to arrive on August 31, in the caption for the post.

"One more time for PAT! August 31. Full album. Let’s do this! #ReturnOfTheTrill #August31 #UGK4LIFE," he wrote in the caption.

The cover for the new LP, which was announced back in February, finds Bun standing in front of a city limit sign for his native Port Arthur, Texas as he holds up his Trill OG pendant. The bottom of the cover includes the album title, Return of the Trill.

Return of the Trill will mark Bun B's first new project since his 2013 LP, Trill OG: The Epilogue. Since then, Bun has come out with his own cooking tutorial series (Trill Meals), collaborated with Ewing Athletics to produce a sneaker and kept his fans entertained with new songs like his Big K.R.I.T.-assisted tune, "Slow It Down." A new album is next on his list of gifts for fans, and its hard not to be happy.
