Florida rapper Lajan Slim is best known for his 2016 online hit "Haitians." After the success of that song, he kept at it with the music, popping up on collabs with the likes of King Combs. His newest song is "No Plan B," where he strives to make it in music, deciding that failing isn't an option.

Featuring creeping production from Chicago's Young Chop, Lajan jumps all over the track, his desire for success coming through every lyric. Kicking the song off with the hook, he keeps things pretty straightforward: "I'ma son these niggas/Call it plan B/I start with plan A/Ain't no plan B/Me and my niggas/Say we gon' eat."

Lajan handles the verses using a double time flow. "Loyalty, loyalty, loyalty/I see the law got a hold of me/My niggas with me in the trenches." He also shouts out his young family. "My family ain't know how to deal with me/I be laid up with my Cuban mix/She like Lajan, you be killing me/Gotta get this shit for my newborn/I'm a role model, got two sons." In addition to "No Plan B," Lajan also released the trap-tinged songs "Income" and "Touchdown."

The Florida spitter has been keeping his name around, dropping videos for his freestyle over Kodak Black's "Roll In Peace" and for his own song, "No Hook 4." Lajan also freed his video for the song "Back At It" in early 2017. It has also been revealed that Lajan is cool with his fellow Floridian-Haitian Kodak Black, evidenced by a recorded conversation between the two in 2016.
