There's no question that Cardi B has some intense fans in her Bardi Gang, but one, who was being overly persistent, was brutally beat up after the 2018 Met Gala by what was originally believed to be her security team. Despite the drama that took place, which happened right near the vehicle she hopped into, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper is staying mum about it.

When TMZ ran into Cardi in the Big Apple yesterday (May 8), they asked her about the scuffle, to which she gave a very coy response.

"I don't know what you're talking about," she says. "[sings] I'm legally blind...I said I'm legally blind."

Even though she claims to not have seen anything of what happened, the Bronx native sports a smirk on her face throughout the exchange with the outlet.

If you recall, details surfaced that it could have been members of Offset's crew or security who were involved in brutally beating Giovanni Arnold, who is a celebrity autograph seeker. It was also reported that the victim of the beating had been taunting the group, as he was heard yelling multiple times in the TMZ video of Cardi and Offset walking to their vehicle.

Despite the drama, the week has been starting off on a positive foot for the "Be Careful" hitmaker, as she stunned at the 2018 Met Gala, and shared a moment with Nicki Minaj that helped put to rest rumors of their alleged beef.
