6ix9ine can't catch a break. Four months after an incident in a Houston mall, the "Gotti" rapper is reportedly wanted by local authorities.

According to TMZ, Houston police have issued a warrant for 6ix9ine's arrest. This comes after the viral spread of a video where he appears to be grabbing 16-year-old Santiago Albarran by his hoodie and allegedly choking him in the process. Albarran and his family went to the Galleria Mall on January 6 after 6ix9ine and Ugly God announced they'd be hanging out with fans there. Albarran then proceeded to record the Brooklyn rhymer, which is when things took a turn for the worse.

Shortly after the incident, Albarran jumped on Twitter to discuss what happened, claiming that 6ix9ine refused to let go him until the video was deleted. Ugly God took notice of the tweets and responded with his version of what took place, writing "You came to him while we were walking and put a camera in his face recording saying 'ewww its actually the gay ice cream truck. It's a walking lollipop. I'm right next to it.' which is why you muted the video you replied. So he held you by your jacket hood until you deleted it." Nevertheless, Albarran's family reported the incident to the police, who documented scratch marks on the teen's neck. The teen has since made his Twitter page private.

6ix9ine has yet to make a public statement on the matter, likely because he's been dealing with other unfortunate issues in recent months. Aside from losing a $5 million headphone deal, just two days ago a Trax NYC employee called out 6ix9ine for allegedly stiffing him on a bracelet worth $25,000.
