As Meek Mill remains incarcerated, the Philly rapper has received visits from numerous famous athletes, rappers and politicians in an effort to keep his spirits up.

On Tuesday (April 10), it was revealed New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft along with Meek's good friend and Philadelphia 76ers owner Michael Rubin, as well as Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney made a trip to speak with the 31-year-old.

Rubin, who has visited the Maybach Music Group artist plenty in the past, spoke to the media with Robert Kraft about their conversation with Meek and the unfair treatment he's experienced at the hands the flawed criminal justice system.

"I think he's sort of conditioned that this is what happens. It's not right and fair. We talked about a lot of things as far as what's going on in the inner city. He should've been released a long time ago. Anyone looking at the facts, why do you want to have a man like this in jail? It's criminal," the Patriots owner quipped.

Rubin has been vocal about his support for the imprisoned rapper and opened the door for 76er rookies Markelle Fultz and Ben Simmons to visit Meek Mill last week.

"It's now with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and I believe they'll step in and do the right thing," Rubin proclaimed. "This has been a situation that started with a wrongful conviction and ended up with a really bad judge. I believe he will get out soon. I know that's what everyone wants other than one judge in Philadelphia."

Meek's case now rests in the hands of the Philadelphia Supreme Court, a decision which is supported by Philly's District Attorney. The "1942 Flows" artist's most recent attempt at freedom was denied by Judge Genece Brinkley.

Meek Mill was originally jailed for violating his parole on Nov. 7. Check out the professional sports team owners' press conference below.
