Lil' Kim's New Jersey mansion is up for grabs, and it looks like bids are starting at just $100.

The Alpine, N.J. home was previously foreclosed on in 2010, and is now opening at the shockingly low price despite the fact that property records show it's recently been valued at over $3 million.

According to CNBC, potential homeowners will have the opportunity to bid on the estate for themselves on May 11 at Auction.com. Although it could be yours for $100, the 6,000 square-foot residence comes with a heavy price tag on the tax front being from the high-priced Jersey area just 15 miles from New York City. 2017 property taxes on the two acres came out to $23, 247, according to legal documents.

Back in May 2017, a judge ruled that the 43-year-old was in default, which put the foreclosed home in the hands of the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, who will be auctioning off Kim's residence next month. Kim originally bought the home for $2.3 million in 2002 and still owed nearly $1.9 million.

If you scour through the "Crush On You" MC's Instagram posts, there are videos dating back to Oct. 2017 showing Lil Kim at the house with her daughter learning how to ride a bike. "This is at my house in Alpine, believe half of what you see and none of what you hear," she captioned. Going further into her archives, Kim has a photo posing in front of her bedroom door personalized with the official Queen Bee logo dated in 2015.

Lil' Kim made her return to the music scene at the tail-end of 2017 with her fresh single "Took Us A Break." Days later (Nov. 16), she linked up with good friend Remy Ma for "Wake Me Up," which pays homage to the influence the "Not tonight" spitter had on paving the way for female rappers.
