Chance The Rapper will have a bird's eye view of the Windy City thanks to a new, lavish condo the artist copped in Chicago.

According to an April 20 report from Crain's Chicago Business, Chano spent $3.7 million on a condo in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood. Built in 2007, the 4,500-square-foot home features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gym, spa and a second bedroom.

Other amenities in the condo include a soundproof media room, a bar, sauna and three decks that offer views of the city's skyline. And as an added bonus, the media room includes its own ventilation system which allows smoke to clear.

While it's uncertain when or if Chano has moved in, the rapper may want to do it soon and lay low after the backlash he received for defending Kanye West's support of President Donald Trump.

Chance eventually issued an apology for his comments, saying he was just trying to stick up for someone he loves. "No matter how much I may disagree with him, it's hard for me to watch people talk about someone I love - even if they were justified in doing so," Chance wrote about Yeezy.

The artist also made it known that he himself does not support Trump, adding, "I'd never support anyone who has made a career out of hatred, racism and discrimination. I'd never support someone who'd talk about Chicago as if it's hell on earth and then take steps to make life harder here for the most disenfranchised among us."
