Last week, Vince Staples launched a GoFundMe in the hopes of raising $2 million so he could "shut the fuck up forever." While the campaign didn't get close to its goal, Staples is taking the small amount of money raised and using it for a good cause.

According to the Long Beach rapper, he will refund the $2,022 raised, match the donations and give the earnings to the Michelle Obama Neighborhood Library in Long Beach.

"Seeing as we clearly won’t reach our goal of 2 million dollars, I am cancelling the gofundme and refunding all the little people with big voices," Staples tweeted. "I expect to hear no further slander."

"I am also personally matching the donations made and donating the full amount to the Michelle Obama library of Norf Long Beach... in honor of you citch ass niggas," he continued. "I love you all, good day. #gtfomd."

Staples' GoFundMe, titled #GTFOMD (Get the Fuck Off My Dick), basically turned out to be promotion for his single of the same name. "On GoFundMe.com you can decide to donate to the cause of 2 million dollars, which will allow me to shut the fuck up forever and you will never hear from me again. No songs, no interviews, no anything," the rapper said in a video.

His latest song features the "Norf Norf" rapper firing off on his critics and even name-dropping XXL. "Yeah, I ain't taking no more calls, might think 'bout calling it quits/Press is trying to block my blessings, no more talking to Vince/NPR and XXL, man, I can't tell which is which/Missed the mark, I think my label need a marketing switch," he spits.
