Following a number of delays, Cardi B has finally revealed the release date for her debut album, Invasion of Privacy. Set to drop on April 6, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper also unveiled the album cover on her Instagram page on Monday (March 26).

"My album cover !!! LADIES AND GENTS ! My album INVASION OF PRIVACY will be out next week April 6!!!!!!!❤️💪🏾," she wrote. The cover features the New York rapper sporting short yellow hair, white retro glasses and a checkered flag patterned outfit.

The title of Cardi B's debut album may come as a surprise to some fans who were way off in guessing the project's name. Earlier this month, XXL asked fans on Twitter to guess the album's title, where they suggested names that featured the words Cardi, Barti or Bacardi.

While Cardi revealed the album's release date during the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 11, the debut offering was originally supposed to release in October 2017. The album then missed its October release, as well as a November release.

"I have a lot of pressure on me," Cardi tweeted in November. "I have songs stashed up. I just don’t think they qualified for my album. Sometimes i think [it's] ready sometimes i think it’s not so I’m going to take my time till it’s right."

Up next for Cardi, the Bronx rapper will be featured as the musical guest on an upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live. One day after the release of Invasion of Privacy, Cardi will perform during the April 7 episode of SNL, which will be hosted by Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman.
