Big Pun's legacy is still living on strongly thanks to his loyal fans, family and his widow, however, Walmart doesn't seem to be honoring him properly. The late rapper's widow, Liza Rios, is suing the department store for trademark infringement after selling T-shirts, phone cases and more with Pun's image.

According to TMZ, Rios, who got the trademark for her husband after his death in 2000, has filed a lawsuit against Walmart and Redbubble and is suing for all of the profits. She is also suing for an injunction to block further sales, as well as $10 million statutory damages from manufacturers Redbubble and Cloudflare who provided to items in question.

Some of the items feature a silhouette image of Pun jumping in a Michael Jordan stance while holding a microphone in his hand in front of his stage name's logo. There's even a shirt that has a clear image of the veteran MC's face.

Rios claims that Walmart and Redbubble are aware that they are infringing on the trademark, but have continued to use the image without authorization from her.

This isn't the first time that Pun's widow has taken up legal battles over funds for his estate, as she previously wanted to sue Fat Joe after accusing him of screwing her out of money that was made off of their music together.

Hopefully, Liza Rios and Walmart can work out their financial woes.
