Is this the break Meek Mill and his team have been looking for? Judge Genece Brinkley, the woman who presided over the Philly rapper's probation hearing and sentenced him to two-to-four years in prison for violating, has been ordered to release documents that could prove she was bias in her ruling against the Dreamchasers MC.

As previously reported, Meek and his lawyers are amendment that Brinkley, who they claim is a failed actress, tried to persuade Meek to do business with an associate of hers during a closed hearing in her chambers. Meek refused, and that is why he claims she violated him.

According to TMZ, Meek's team is hoping "the transcript of the hearing could prove Meek's point and it could trigger his release if the probation violation hearing was tainted."

In related news, recently, it was revealed that a court clerk slipped Meek a letter on the day he was sentenced, requesting the rapper give her money to help assist with her son's college tuition. "This will probably be my son's last semester at [Virginia Commonwealth University] if the tuition isn't paid for this year and unfortunately with my bad credit, I am unable to secure a loan or cosign a loan for my son," the letter reads in part. "Anything you can do is very much appreciated."

She never heard back from Meek, whose head was more than likely spinning after being unexpectedly sentenced to up to four years in prison. Luckily, her son was able to find a way to stay in school.
