Kid Ink Teases New Song “Tell Somebody”

Kid Ink kept himself plenty busy throughout 2017, with new music, and he's already back with a new single for fans this week. The Los Angeles native is dropping his new song, "Tell Somebody," this Friday (Jan. 5), and he's teasing a preview of the track on Instagram.

While it's currently unknown who's producing the potential banger, the song seems to flaunt Ink's playful vocal abilities and bouncing flow as he provides a new dance soundtrack.

“Oh, oh, oh, my, my, my/You really blowing my mind," Ink vocalizes on the preview. "Oh, oh, oh, my, my, my/I ain't wasting no time, 'til I hop on that…shit/Fuck it up, do your dance, run it back."

There's no word if the record is slated to be part of an upcoming Kid Ink project, or if it's simply a stand-alone single, but we're sure fans will be excited to get some new material from the California hitmaker regardless.

Last year, Ink flooded fans with new music throughout 2017, which included his 7 Series EP. The rapper previously told XXL that he plans on releasing more installments of the series in the future, but we'll have to wait and see when that will happen.

"7 Series ultimately was me being in the studio, recording a lot of music, trying to get album three going and getting the new sound together," he explained in our interview. "It was approaching summertime and I hate approaching summertime without having a nice group of music, an album or mixtape, a EP, something just out where people are getting a lot of new ideas that I'm rocking with."
