As the new year flows in, we can anticipate a lot of new music to come and it looks like Frank Ocean may eventually contribute to the new releases in 2018. The singer hints at possible new material in his latest Tumblr post.

The new post from the Los Angeles-based singer features a photo of a man sporting a "If you liked 2017, you'll love...2018" dad hat, which actually is the same quote used in Ocean's previous i-D cover story from October 2017. Frank captions the picture with a cryptic message that reads, "new 18-99," which fans are desperately trying to decode as we speak.

The Channel Orange vocalist has been hinting that we can expect a new project sometime in the future, but he hasn't revealed when that would be. Ocean has frequently kept his releases very mysterious, including the drops of his last two albums, Blonde and Endless back in 2016.

Last year, the Grammy Award-winning entertainer dropped a slew of new tracks for fans to tide them over such as "RAV," "Slide on Me," "Provider" and fan-favorite "Chanel." Frank also lent his superstar vocals to Calvin Harris' hit record, "Slide" with Migos, which saw major success in the music community.
