Lil Wayne to Perform at 2018 AVN Awards

Nearly 10 years after taking the stage to perform at the 2008 Country Music Awards, Lil Wayne is all set to deliver yet another unpredictable performance at an unexpected event. Recently, it was announced that Weezy will be performing at the 2018 AVN Awards, which is an event honoring the brightest names and faces in the adult film business.

“We are extremely pleased to have Lil Wayne performing at the 2018 AVN Awards,” AVN president Tony Rios says of Weezy's inclusion in the performance lineup. “Like many of the talent within the adult industry, he is also a successful entrepreneur having opened his own company Young Money Records. He’s an amazing addition to this year’s show and we look forward to having him.”

For his part, Weezy, whose Dedication 6 project is set to drop soon, being slated to perform at the coming year's AVN Awards is a dream come true. “This is one of those bucket list moments for me,” says Weezy, now a living rap legend. “I’m super stoked to be a part of the awards show this year.”

The 2018 AVN Awards, which is a part of the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo presented by MyFreeCams, which are scheduled to take place between Jan. 24 and 27, will be hosted by adult superstars Angela White and Harli Lotts on Jan. 27, 2018. It will also be presented by MyFreeCams.
