In August of last year, Kodak Black was accused of sexual assault in Florence County, S.C. Now, a grand jury has officially indicted him for first degree criminal sexual conduct, reports WBDE.

Florence County Sheriff's Office says 20-year-old Kodak, real name Dieuson Octave, assaulted a teenage girl at Comfort Inn and Suites last February while the rapper was in Florence for a show at Treasure City nightclub.

Kodak was released from Florence County Detention Center on Thursday, Dec. 1, on $100,000 bond. Twelfth Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements says other bond conditions are that Kodak can't comment on the case in print, digital, electronic or social media. His bond could be revoked if he violates the terms.

No trial date has been set just yet. If found guilty, Kodak could face up to 30 years in jail.

In a statement provided to XXL, a rep for Atlantic Records says, "Atlantic Records is aware of the indictment and it was expected as part of the normal process of the pending case."

XXL has reached out to Kodak's lawyer for comment.
