A little under two months ago, Oakland's Keak Da Sneak was recovering from bullet wounds. Now, he's gearing up to release a new album. After dropping off his Mozzy-assisted single "Him Not Them" last week, the West Coast stalwart returns with fellow Bay Area legend E-40 for "Ima Keep It Goin','' the latest cut from his Withdrawl album. Listen to it below.

Spitting over squeaky West Coast synths and sinister piano, Keak and E-40 pledge to preserve the real. "I'm saying when I make it, I'ma bring the whole Bay with me/Still the people's champ, in the streets, what/I'll come through that thing and get it poppin', turn up the club," Keak spits in the opening verse. The track is produced by The Mekanix, who are producing Keak's Withdrawl album.

"I couldn’t wait to touch this track cause the beat is dope—it's a Bay Area classic!" he tells XXL of the song. "My lyrics came right to me when I heard the track and I couldn't wait to hop on it."

While Keak can always hold down a track by himself, he says linking with E-40 brought "Ima Keep It Goin''' to the next level. "Now it's an E-40, the Ambassador of the Bay, original classic! Everybody is gonna love this track immediately," he tells us.

Keak says fans can look forward to hearing their favorite version of his music. "On Withdrawl, fans can expect some classic Keak, which they haven't had in a while," he reveals.  "THE OFFICIAL KEAK DA SNEAK .. you know! I'm back."

Check out "Ima Keep It Goin''' below. Pre-order the 17-track Withdrawl, which will also feature a guest appearance from Rayven Justice, on iTunes.
