Kodie Shane Preps ‘Back From the Future’ EP

Kodie Shane is making some serious noise this year in the music community, and now she's ready to deliver a project for her strong fan base. The Atlanta native is gearing up to drop her anticipated Back From the Future EP, which will finally hit the public tomorrow (Aug. 25).

The new project from the Sailing Team's First Lady will follow in the footsteps of her popular "Drip on My Walk" single. The video for the track has already racked up over 100,000 views.

Her new EP will also feature her latest single, "Level Up," with the new set of visuals for the track coming tomorrow as well. The video was reportedly shot in Kingston, Jamaica, to match the the island vibes that the track contains.

If you recall, Shane has been gaining notoriety in the hip-hop scene after releasing her Zero Gravity EP, as well as doing heavy work with her close music companion and Sailing Team head, Lil Yachty. The two also worked with Lil Uzi Vert on Kodie's "Hold Up" record, which dropped late last year. The female rhymer also previously pitched herself to land the 10th spot for the 2017 XXL Freshman cover earlier this year.
