Jay-Z and Beyonce might finally become official Los Angeles residents, as they are agreeing to purchase a $90 million home in the California city. According to the L.A. Times, the couple recent put in an offer on the Bel-Air home, and if the deal goes through, it will be the highest sale recorded in Los Angeles County this year.

The 4:44 rapper and Lemonade singer have been renting out a Malibu pad for $400,000 per month as of recently, but they have been actively seeking a new home for their family, which was recently joined by the birth of their two twins, Rumi and Sir. Earlier this year, Jay and Bey put in an offer at the new 454 Cuesta Way home for $120 million, but have now dropped it to $90 million.

The Dean McKillen-created home is comprised of six different structures that take up 30,000 square feet of space, and includes eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. There's also four different pools, a 15-car garage, as well as bullet-proof windows.

If you recall, the power couple previously put in an offer on a home in Beverly Hills for $49 million, but they lost out on the deal to designer Tom Ford, who Hov ironically has a big hit single named after.

We'll find out sometime soon if the Carter family will be moving to Bel-Air, but for now, take a peek at their potential new home below.
