Listen to J Stalin and DJ Fresh’s ‘Tonite Show’

DJ Fresh has long been one of the best producers in all of hip-hop, not just the West Coast. On Friday (Aug. 4), he dropped the latest installment of his 11-year Tonite Show series with none other than one of Oakland's illest MCs J Stalin. Stream it via Spotify below or cop it on iTunes now.

The project features appearances from rappers like Fashawn, Celly Ru and Chippass, but Stalin dominates the entire thing, dropping compelling rhymes over Fresh's booming production.

Fresh has already dropped a couple other outstanding Tonite Show projects this year, including one with Rydah J. Klyde and another with Lil Blood. We talked to Fresh about his rise in the game and what it was like making Ezale's Tonite Show last year. He also tells us he's got a Tonite Show on the way with the legendary Richie Rich, and a group project with Jay Worthy and Mitchy Slick as well.
