August is A$AP Mob month, so to kick off the latest installment of the Best Songs of the Week, A$AP Ferg pops up with a crazy remix of his “East Coast” single featuring a star-studded array of guests, including A$AP Rocky, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, French Montana, Dave East and Rick Ross. His Still Striving project drops Friday, Aug. 18.

Sacramento rapper Mozzy dropped one of the most vicious diss tracks of the year so far with “New Era New King,” going at older MCs from his hometown like C-Bo and Brotha Lynch Hung. Mozzy’s long-awaited 1 Up Top Ahk album also drops next Friday.

Earlier this year, Compton rapper Buddy dropped his Ocean & Montana EP produced entirely by Kaytranada. Now he’s getting ready to drop another project, this time produced by Mike & Keys, and he let go of the first offering, “That Much,” earlier this week.

Stefflon Don also collabed with French Montana on her latest single “Hurtin’ Me,” while “I Can’t Keep Fallin’” is a highlight off Dizzy Wright’s new album The Golden Age 2 and “Clouds Above” is one of the best songs on Fashawn’s new Manna project. Peep all the best rap records of the week below.
