Spotify is working hard to use their platform for an important cause, and they're bringing together some major artists for their new "I'm With the Banned" campaign. The streaming service has recruited the likes of Pusha T, Desiigner and more for the new campaign, which seeks to amplify the voices of people and communities that have been silenced following President Trump's controversial travel ban that took place on March 6.

According to Billboard, "I'm With the Banned" features six artists from the six countries that were cited in the travel ban, pairing them with six American artists to help push the campaign's narrative. The G.O.O.D. Music President and his signee are part of the American artist collective, which also includes BJ the Chicago Kid, Sam Harris from X Ambassadors, K.Flay and Blue Note’s Dr. Lonnie Smith.

Those six U.S. artists are being paired with international artists that incluide DJ/producer Kasra V of Iran, singer/songwriter Moh Flow of Syria, musical collective Waayaha Cusub of Somali, singer/songwriter multi-instrumentalist Methal of Yemen, producer Sufyvn from the Sudan, and singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Ahmed Fakroun of Libya.

Pusha and Desiigner are amongst the artists chosen by Spotify, as the corporation has been working heavily with Interscope on the campaign, which is the label the two are signed to.

The "I'm With the Banned" campaign will focus on immigration rights, but also LGBT equality, as Spotify features enhanced playlists that contain new music, artist collaborations, performances and original video content. In the Fall, there will also be a full-length documentary that will tell the stories of each of the international artists that are part of the campaign.
