We're now just under a week removed from the release of JAY-Z's 4:44 album, and folks around the globe are still deconstructing lyrics on the project. One set of bars people are sure they don't need analysis on, though, are perceived Future shots on Hov's track, "Kill Jay-Z." It now appears Hendrix has clapped back.

On the song in question, Hov appears to reference the way Future's ex-girlfriend Ciara—with whom he had a son named Future—now dates Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, and Future's son now spends plenty of time with him.

You almost went Eric Benét, let the baddest girl in the world get away/I don't even know what else to say... nigga, never go Eric Benét!/I don't even know what you woulda done, in the Future, other niggas playin' football with your son," Jay spits on the track.

This past weekend, Hendrix posted a Snapchat story featuring himself holding a money phone to his ear. The bit of text overlaid onto the story read, "U ain't got the juice like dat. MOOD."

If you don't know, Jay dissed the usage of money phones on his 4:44 track, "The Story of O.J." “Y'all on the 'gram holdin' money to your ear," Hovi raps on the track. "There's a disconnect, we don't call that money over here." Boosie BadAzz wasn't feeling Hov's lyrics either, but that's another story.

Of course, Hendrix didn't confirm he was talking about Hova, but you couldn't really blame anyone for thinking he was. He also followed up that Snap with a different picture and a caption saying something to the effect of "all love."
