It looks like Young Thug is definitely team Blac Youngsta. Two days after the Memphis rapper was arrested for charges relating to the shooting of Young Dolph's black SUV this past February, Thugger has apparently cooked up a tribute song to Youngsta in a display of solidarity. Listen to "Free Blac Youngsta" produced by Wheezy and Dy below.

In a video he uploaded to Instagram today (May 17), the sound of Thugger's voice can be heard chanting, "I said free Blac Youngsta, fuck 12, free Blac Youngsta." Captioning the video "#FREEBLACKYOUNGSTA 5:55," the Atlanta rapper can be seen bouncing around what looks like a recording studio.

The video also sees Thugger talk about being high on percs and a few other things, and overall feels pretty free-wheeling, and more than a bit anthemic. In another video also captioned "#FREEBLACKYOUNGSTA 5:55," Thugger can be heard once again voicing his distaste for law enforcement while sending a shout-out to everyone locked up—even his enemies.

Although Youngsta is, at the moment, a free man, that could change in the near future. Yesterday he was charged with six counts of discharging a firearm into occupied property and one count of felony conspiracy.

Youngsta turned himself in to Charlotte authorities after a van he rented was found to be connected to the shooting of Dolph's SUV. His lawyer maintains the van Youngsta was renting was stolen and then used for the shooting.

This case is still in its infancy, so there's a good chance we'll be getting more information soon. For now, take the time to listen to Thugger's new Youngsta tribute below.
