Tech N9ne teams up with Krizz Kaliko and a newcomer by the name of Jay Trilogy to deliver an inspirational song and video. “PTSD” was inspired by all of the troops and veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder.

Post-traumatic stress disorder is a term that most troops know a thing or two about. Tech N9ne has decided to shed light on this disorder and he teamed up with a few musicians to elaborate on it. “PTSD” captures the Kansas City rapper opening up about what PTSD is and how it affects the mental state of troops and veterans either during or post-war.

As a collaborative effort with Warrior Built and Monster Energy, Tech N9ne and Strange Music worked together to create a sentimental piece that reflects post-traumatic stress disorder.

The rapper introduced a newcomer to the game on this record as well. Jay Trilogy, a rapper from Indiana, won his chance to be featured on this song because of a rap competition Tech N9ne held. The Strange Music leader gave MCs from all over an opportunity to submit final verses for this particular track and Jay Trilogy was the one who came out on top.

Tech N9ne has had his hands full since the start of the year. In January, he announced his Strictly Strange Tour, which kicked off last month. He also released songs “Put Em On” and “Drama.”

Last month, Tech received some praise from Elton John. The lauded singer was out looking to purchase Tech N9ne’s music at a vinyl store.
