Maxo Kream Recounts Family Drama for “Grannies” Video

In late January, Houston mainstay Maxo Kream released his fantastic new single "Grannies" produced by the incredible Mexiko Dro. He's stayed relatively quiet since then, doing collabs with Warhol.ss and A$AP Ferg in the process, but Friday (April 28) he shares the video for "Grannies." Watch it below.

The visual, directed by Nasser Boulaich, takes place in the Alief community of southwest Houston and remains quite simple, showing Maxo and crew posted on the block.

When we spoke to Maxo earlier this year, he told us about his big plans for 2017. They include the release of his debut album, a solo EP and two more potential collab EPs—one with Mozzy and the other with Fredo Santana.
