Kodak Black can't seem to stay out of trouble. The Florida rapper, who is currently behind bars, is now being accused of assaulting a woman at a Miami strip club earlier this year.

No charges have been filed against Kodak, but a police report reveals the allegations against the 2016 XXL Freshman. The case is listed as opening/pending and a detective has been assigned to it, according to The Sun-Sentinel.

Kodak's accuser is a 34-year-old woman who works at Club Climaxx. The woman told police that the Painting Pictures rapper approached her at work on Feb. 2 and began acting belligerent. She asked Kodak to back off, which she claims led to her getting hit by his right forearm. The woman allegedly pushed Kodak away and the situation escalated. "He began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after," the report states.

The incident occurred around 3 a.m., and the alleged victim continued working her shift. She returned to work at 8 p.m. and called the police, who took the report. Kodak's offense is presumed to be misdemeanor battery, and the accusations were added to the Department of Corrections affidavit on March 20.

Although no charges have been filed yet, Florida Department of Corrections has added the allegations to their claims of Kodak violating his house arrest. Kodak had to appear in court on Tuesday (April 4) due to the new accusation.

The potential addition of a charge will not help Kodak's case for freedom. The young MC's probation violation hearing is scheduled for April 19. A judge will decide whether to release Kodak or sentence him to more jail time.
