Update (March 17, 5:44 p.m. EST):

In a tweet on Friday, Huckabee went even further, calling Snoop Dogg “Poop Dogg.” Read the tweet below.

Original Story:

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee has a bone to pick with Bow Wow, who raised more than a few eyebrows when he threatened to pimp President Trump’s Wife just a few days ago. You can see Fox News’ tweet recapping Huckabee’s words below.

“This guy Bow Wow – what a bad dog. Take away all the bones,” Huckabee said during an appearance on Fox News’ The First 100 Days. “Melania Trump is a beautiful, classy lady, and the attacks on her, they’re obscene,” he added.

Bow Wow tweeted out his threat just the other day, writing, “Ayo @realDonaldTrump shut your punk ass up talking shit about my uncle @SnoopDogg before we pimp your wife and make her work for us.”

Bow Wow’s threat came in a now-deleted tweet to President Trump, who called out Snoop Dogg for his controversial “Lavender” video. The video sees Snoop aiming a clown pistol at a parodied version of the newly minted Commander in Chief. In a tweet, Trump claimed that Snoop would be put in jail if he’d made a similar video directed at President Obama.

“Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!” Trump wrote.

Unsurprisingly, Floriday Senator Marco Rubio also condemned Snoop’s incendiary video, claiming that the visual could cause people to use violence.

“Snoop shouldn’t have done that,” Rubio said. “We’ve had presidents assassinated before in this country, so anything like that is something people should really careful about. [If the] wrong person sees that and gets the wrong idea, you could have a real problem. So, I’m not sure what Snoop was thinking. He should think about that a little more.”

While a few politicians haven’t been so happy with Snoop’s new video, T.I. came out to defend the Dogg Father with a scathing Instagram post just the other day.
