Listen to G Herbo’s ‘Welcome to Fazoland 1.5’ Mixtape

G Herbo is back with a present for his fans in the form of Welcome to Fazoland 1.5, a deluxe edition of his debut tape. Stream it via Apple Music below or cop the six-track project on iTunes.

The project is essentially an addendum to 2014's Welcome to Fazoland mixtape. G Herbo provides listeners with five new tracks, plus one he released a couple weeks ago.

Herbo's last full-length release was Strictly 4 My Fans, an excellent project that didn't get quite enough widespread attention. On that tape, he previewed a couple other upcoming projects, including one with Southside (Swervo) and one with Lil Bibby (No Limitation).

The release of Welcome to Fazoland 1.5 comes just a few weeks after G Herbo received a big honor in his hometown. The 2016 XXL Freshman was named the honorary principal for a day of the South Shore International College Preparatory High School. Stanley Coleman Jr., the program manager at South Shore High School, talked about why the young rapper was awarded this special position.

“G Herbo embodies class, heart, grit, hope, brilliance, grace, leadership, integrity, elegance, intelligence, kindness, compassion, spirit, courage, strength, determination, dedication, resiliency and fight that has successfully mobilized our youth from the South Side of Chicago to know that their voice can make the difference in the World of Empowerment/Artistic Integrity/Music & Education,” Coleman explained in a statement.
