Casanova's Pitch for 2017 XXL Freshman

The 2017 XXL Freshman class will be revealed this summer and now the Freshman hopefuls are here to show and prove why they deserve a spot in this year’s class. The 10th Spot voting is happening now, so each of the potential Freshman are letting you know why they should appear on the 2017 XXL Freshman cover.

Brooklyn's Casanova has seen his popularity jump to new heights after dropping “Don’t Run,” which was followed up with the remix featuring Fabolous, Young M.A, Dave East and Don Q back in January. The rapper dropped his debut mixtape, Be Safe Tho, earlier this month. For a rhymer that's been only making music for a little under a year, Casanova has already worked with Chris Brown, been in the studio with A$AP Rocky and performed with Wyclef onstage.
