XXL has collected another batch of the week's best tracks. There were many major releases on Friday (Feb. 24), so much of our selections come from those big projects.

First up is Future, who secured a spot with his song "Selfish" featuring Rihanna. The song appears on Future's HNDRXX album, which has had social media buzzing since its release.

Roc Marciano's long awaited Rosebudd's Revenge dropped last week, but it hit digital outlets on Friday. One of the finest cuts on the LP is the Ka collaboration "Marksmen." Ka delivers some stunning rhymes on the opening verse, but Roc comes through with a masterful display of his own.

“I'm like Barry White, never carry light/Me and the gauge we like soulmates, but I'm not the marrying type/Bring your best hand weapons, let's have a jam session/Just for the metal hands, you left a couple band members/Push keys no piano lessons, nah, ambidextrous/Two hammers do duets and Willie Manchester’s,” Roc spits.

Thundercat's new album Drunk may have been lost in shuffle of Friday's hip-hop releases, but hopefully fans got to hear Kendrick Lamar's verse on "Walk on By." Thundercat crafted an extra funky production that set the stage for an exceptional performance by Kendrick.

“More accurate at bagging dimes, now we bagging rhymes/Body bags, price tags on your forehead/Nine times out of 10, young niggas are nine or 10/When the line becomes thin, be a killer or fireman/Fill up the lava’s pen if I needed to right my wrongs/I can't deny a sin, condolences through these palms/I remember when your cousin was coming home/My bitch, what, we plotted to kill him cause we ain't know him/Unfamiliar faces make niggas nervous/Convicted court cases might hit the surface,” Kendrick raps.

Calvin Harris also came through with an early banger for the summer, recruiting Quavo, Offset and Frank Ocean for the groovy "Slide."

Closing things out this week is Young Thug, who made sure his fans had new music too with his song "Safe." The track's music video came with the following message: “I Will Never Quit. Single Coming Soon.” I Will Never Quit might be the title of Thugger next project, but we definitely know that he's got more music on the way.
