Social Club Misfits Drop ‘The Misadventures of Fern and Marty’
Miami hip-hop duo Social Club Misfits (SCM) release their new album The Misadventures of Fern & Marty via Capitol CMG. The LP features production by Wit and 42 North, Ruslan, Amari and Ray Rock as well as special appearances by Andy Mineo, Chris Batson and Tree Giants.
Their lead single was “Pop Out Revenge," which was later followed up with the music video for second record “Different People.” The album is available on all music platforms.
“We are very excited about releasing this new project with Capitol CMG. The recording process was amazing and we hope that the fans enjoy our hard work,” said Marty. Fern adds, “This album represents all our life experiences that as Misfits we share with our fans. We exude a passion into our music and hope that they not only feel and enjoy but also find the message.”
Over the last couple of years, SCM have seen their popularity grow and their audience has expanded to listeners outside of Christian hip-hop. Their last project — and Capitol CMG debut — was Misfits Generation, an EP that released last May.
SCM also will be going on The Misadventures Tour, which will be kicking off Feb. 11 in Dallas and end on March 18 in Elizabeth, N.J. You can peep the tour dates below and bump The Misadventures of Fern & Marty above.
