A changing of the guard will take place later this month when Donald Trump takes over the Presidency from Barack Obama on Jan. 20, with President Obama delivering his farewell address just last night (Jan. 10). Trump has struggled, though, to book a high profile artist to perform at his inauguration, as Jackie Evancho, a former America's Got Talent contestant, is the biggest name confirmed thus far.

The Daily Beast reports that Kanye West, Elton John, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Celine Dion are among the names who declined an invitation or have been ruled out to perform at the event, and now Snoop Dogg is asking who will be the first black musician to accept.

"So ain’t nobody gonna perform for Donald Trump, huh?" he says in the above video. "Which one of you jiggaboo ass niggas gonna be the first one to do it? I’m waitin.’ I’m gonna roast the fuck out of you uncle tom ass niggas for doin’ it. Which one of you niggas gonna do it first?"

Trump himself has commented on the lack of star power behind his inauguration, saying on Twitter, "The so-called 'A' list celebrities are all wanting tixs to the inauguration, but look what they did for Hillary, NOTHING. I want the PEOPLE!" Boris Epshteyn, director of communications for the Inaugural Committee, meanwhile seemed unconcerned by the lack of a strong headliner, saying in December,  "This is not Woodstock.. It's not summer jam. It's not a concert." Barack Obama had Beyoncé perform at his second inauguration four years ago.
