Rexx Life Raj Shows Off His Versatility on “Sundaze / Devin’s Song”

Rexx Life Raj is one of the most impressive young MC's in the industry right now. Proving once again that the abundant of talent is rich in The Bay, Rexx is back with his newest single, "Sundaze / Devin's Song," which is produced by Kyle Betty and Drew Banga.

"Sundaze" is Raj's latest single leak leading up to his sophomore album, due out sometime in the second quarter of 2017.

"If I told you who was in my DM's you would freakout/Your favorite rappers seems very in touch with what I tweet out/Pussy in the bathroom when I eat out/It ain't too much talking I'm whipping meat out," he raps.

The track flips at the midway point into a mellow ride that show off Rexx's versatile flow.

'"Sundaze' is a day party in San Francisco where everyones girl is up for grabs (including yours so don’t let her look twice because that usually leads to trouble and trouble out here usually leads to guns and nobody wants guns to come out because guns aren’t cool even tho rap music makes them seem cool but I don’t so to avoid all of that just make sure your girlfriend is handcuffed tight or you’re in clear view of her so when dudes approach they know what the deal is)," said the former D1 football player for Boise State. "On a more serious note, 'Devin’s Song' is me paying homage to one of my best friends who was killed in 09’. Every move I make is with him in mind. This is all for you brodie."

The Berkeley, Calif. native is one of the Bay Area's fastest-growing artists. He's been cosigned by Kehlani, G-Eazy, Lecrae, and Nef The Pharaoh plus broke out after dropping his impressive debut LP, Father Figure, last year.
