A die-hard cheesehead, Lil Wayne will be rooting for Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers when they take on the Dallas Cowboys this weekend, but the rapper was sporting a significant jersey change while performing in Miami at the turn of the year. As seen in the above video, he switches up his popular YMCMB moniker to represent his split from Birdman and Cash Money and to reflect the new allegiances made.

"When you see me, it's YMROC," he says onstage before holding up the Roc-A-Fella hand signal, punctuating the display with shouts of "Triangle." At the Camp Flog Gnaw festival in November, Wayne likewise threw up the Roc, saying onstage, "I’m a motherfucking Roc-A-Fella millionaire,” during a performance of “I’m Me.”

Those comments seemed to lend real credence to the notion that Wayne had joined Jay Z's camp. While performing at KMEL Summer Jam in Oakland last year, Weezy said, “I just signed a deal with my motherfucking idol Jay Z.” His management later clarified that the rapper was referring to an artist owner deal with Tidal, the streaming service that released his Free Weezy Album in 2015. Roc-A-Fella, and by extension Roc Nation, provides a number of services, management among them, so while the specifics of the partnership aren't entirely clear, Wayne's enthusiasm for the brand suggests something has been established.

There is still a resolution to be reached with Cash Money, particularly with regard to Wayne's Tha Carter V album. Word in November was that Birdman called off any negotiations with Wayne following the above mentioned Camp Flog Gnaw quote.
